Booking Terms and Conditions

Candidates have to fill out the Application Form to make a provisional booking. Final enrolment to a course will only be confirmed once payment is received and OWS has emailed a booking confirmation. Spaces for classes are allocated according to the order of payments made.

Cancellation terms: No refunds can be made once students have paid and finalized their booking to a course. In the circumstance that a registered student notifies OWS at least 15 days prior to the designated course date that he/she is not able to attend the course, OWS will endeavor to find an alternative course date based on availability of seats. In case of a notification thereafter, a “transfer” fee including new examination costs will be charged.

Exam: The date of the exam is always communicated in advance and published on the website. Please note that the exam fee is always included in the course fee.

Exam Absentees: Applicants who are absent during the exam may take the exam at a later examination date announced by the OWS by paying the “transfer” fee including new examination costs.

Exam Re-sits: Applicants who fail any part of the examination may re-sit the failed part by paying the specific re-sit examination fee.

Delivery of course materials: The course material will be sent directly to each student’s stated address upon confirmation of payment of the fees.

Course Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course. If OWS cancels or reschedules any course, applicants will be given the option of full refund or reschedule for a later date in the future.

Any personal information collected through this Application Form is for the purpose of registering you to the course and relevant examinations. You are required to fill in all details. Failure to do so may impact on the success of your registration to both the course and exam.

We may use your information to inform you via email or regular post of upcoming courses and events.  If you do not wish to be kept informed, please indicate it by ticking the box below.
